What we do

Tuscany Wedding List is an independent editorial directory and planning resource. We publish information about wedding venues and suppliers in Tuscany and, on request, pass your enquiry to vendors we think fit your brief. We are not a wedding planner, travel agent or booking agent, and we are not a party to any contract you enter with a vendor.

No guarantees on vendors

We select the vendors we list with care, but we cannot guarantee their availability, pricing, quality, licensing or conduct. Always carry out your own checks and read any contract before you pay a deposit. Any agreement, payment or dispute is strictly between you and the vendor.

Accuracy of content

Prices, seasons, legal requirements and vendor details change. Our guides are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice — for the legal side of marrying in Italy, always confirm current requirements with the relevant comune and with your embassy or consulate.

About the photography

Photographs on vendor and location pages are illustrative and do not depict the individual business listed beside them unless the page says otherwise.

Using the Site

• Submit accurate information in our forms, and only details you are entitled to share.
• Do not scrape, copy or republish our content, listings or images without written permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the Site, send spam through our forms, or misuse vendor contact details.

Intellectual property

The text, design and photography on the Site are owned by Tuscany Wedding List or used with permission, and remain protected by copyright. Vendor names and logos belong to their respective owners.

Advertising and commercial disclosure

Listings are editorial, and placement and order are not for sale. No vendor can buy inclusion, a position in a list, or a better description.

The site is free to use. At present it carries no advertising and we hold no commercial agreements with any vendor listed here. We expect in future to earn money from advertising and from a fee charged to vendors for enquiries we forward to them. Neither affects who is listed or in what order. If we introduce sponsored listings, paid placement or affiliate links, they will be labelled on the page where they appear and described here first.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or from your dealings with any vendor found through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Links to other sites

We link to vendor and third party websites for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
