Borgo Castelvecchi at Radda in Chianti is a restored medieval village set in around 300 hectares of vineyard, which can be taken with what it calls full exclusivity — the entire village at the couple's disposal. It accommodates up to 100 people, with an eighteenth-century villa housing up to 35 guests and further rooms and apartments in renovated farmhouses. There is a swimming pool, and the oratory of San Michele is available for blessings. Catering is provided in-house, with a banquet the estate describes as drawing on Chianti cooking. It is one of the very few properties we checked that publishes any figure at all: a wine tasting at €20 per person for a minimum of ten, and a ten per cent early-booking discount on exclusive hire for 2027.
